Prime the lids to ensure eyeshadow stays crease-free and doesn't fade as quickly. Then take the lightest pink shadow from the Coastal Scents palette and apply to the entire lid with an eye shadow brush.

Using a dense crease brush take the medium pink and blend into the crease line. If you do not have a crease take the eye shadow into the natural line of your eye socket. Take the colour all the way in to the inner corner of the eye.

Take the darker pink on the same brush and define the outer third of the crease line. Stop one third of the way as we want the inner corners to be highlighted and the outer crease defined. This offers the eye more definition.

I have demonstrated where to stop here:

For the lining, take your liquid liner and start from the centre of the eye and work outwards. Line half of the upper lashline using small strokes. It is better to break the line into smaller portions rather than try to draw one long line. Keep as close to the lash line as you can. For a close-set thin line, use the tip of the applicator.

Line from the centre toward the inner corner. Stop just before you reach the inner corner.

To create the winged effect take the line outwards towards the brows as high as you're comfortable with. I have elongated my line outwards for a dramatic effect. Draw in small sections for a neat finish. Here I have also completed the line at the inner corner of my eye.

Going from the inner corner, take the line down toward the inner part of the nose bridge. Draw it down as far as you're comfortable with.

Line your upper and lower waterlines with a black eyeliner pencil

Apply mascara. Start at the base of the lashes and comb through. You can put false eye lashes on at this stage if you'd like :)

Using a dense crease brush or an eyeliner brush (slanted or straight - it's your call), line the lower lash line with the deep pink shadow. Stop just before the inner corner and finish lining with the lighter pink colour. For a diffused effect like I have here, use a crease brush. For a precise, defined, line use an eyeliner brush. Dab the colour on to place it, then sweep to blend.

Apply concealer. I am using a wedge sponge because I like the smooth, even finish it gives. You can also use a brush or your finger. Conceal any 'trouble' spots. In this case, that's my under eye circles.

Apply foundation. A medium/heavy coverage is best to acheive Jessie's flawless skin.

Apply blush. Keep it light pink because Jessie has a flawless complexion that's naturally flushed and we want to achieve that.

Apply a light pink lipstick. Again, stick to a light shade so not to look overdone. Matte lipstick is best because it stains the lips rather than shines them. We want a naturally flushed appearence to the lips, not extreme shine.

Fix your makeup in place with a loose powder. I am using a puff but you can use a large brush. Press the puff into the powder, blot any excess on the back of your hand or into the cap and dab over the entire face. If you're using a brush, tap the brush off into the cap. DO NOT BLOW EXCESS POWDER OFF YOUR BRUSH! Your breath contains moisture which will transfer to your brush! Gross eh?

And we're done!
